Alastair recently settled a claim for a cyclist who’s wheel descended into a hole in the road causing him to fall off his bike and sustain injuries and minor scarring to the face. The council were held responsible for not maintaining the road to a safe standard and the client was awarded £8,500.00 for his injuries and the cost of a replacement bike.
