Adam acted for a client who was a cyclist and was knocked off his bike by a car. A previous firm of solicitors had abandoned the case. 4 independent witnesses blamed our client saying he went through a red light however Adam managed to show through traffic light sequencing review that the car driver must have also gone through at least an amber light at best. The case was settled on a compromised basis with the client then being very thankful to Adam for believing him despite the witnesses, the driver of the car and his previous solicitors not. We obtained him over £5,000.
