Jack Wright recently settled a case for a client who was lawfully riding his moped on a roundabout and ready to make an exit when a third party collided with the client’s vehicle causing the client to suffer injury, loss and damage. Jack took the case to Court and the Court awarded in our clients favour and the client was delighted with the settlement.
